Ingredients:
2 medium eggs 1 scoop (30g) of iso Xtrem Nature XPN (27g of protein) 2 pinches of cinnamon 1 small pinch of nutmeg 2 slices of St-Method quinoa bread (10g of protein) ½ tsp. coconut oil
Garnish: Fruit of your choice, Filet of Quebec maple syrup 😜
Preparation:
In a bowl beat the eggs and add the scoop of protein.
Using a fork, mix vigorously until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, without lumps and very smooth. (Use eggs at room temperature)
Add cinnamon and nutmeg, mix.
Dip one slice of bread at a time in the preparation, letting it soak well.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil.
Brown the slices of bread for 1-2 minutes on each side, turning them with a spatula.
